These are the results for the survey about the iPhone:
Firstly, in this question I found out about what they mostly like about the iPhone and I thought of the two most common things that people who own the iPhone people use, and I found out that most people love the use of apps than siri. The main reason for this as someone said you can use apps for bus times, shopping apps, study apps and more apps that may be very useful.
Secondly, this question I asked about what they disliked about the iPhone, the three choices were 'no Bluetooth access', 'fragile screen' and 'the battery life'. I thought that those three would be the three most common problems with the iPhone, the one that has been most frequently chosen was the screen because its fragile and the phone will look unpresentable and less appealing to other people who may want to own the iPhone.
Furthermore, i would ask the owners of their iPhone if they like their product and there were more yes' than no's.
Question 4, in this question I asked if they would move on from the iPhone to join a different phone, and there was just more no's, some people say yes because the price for an iPhone is just too much and some people cannot afford it and the people that say no would all agree that the iPhone has what they need.
Lastly, I asked what we could do to improve the iPhone, 2 people skipped it which really infers that nothing needs to be improved. Despite that, most people picked the choice of an advanced new camera, in the comment section 4 people commenting about what they feel is important for the iPhone which is 'battery life and a stronger screen.

Task One – Market and Target Audience Research
Our product that we chose to advertise is the iPhone 5s, I am going to carry out market. esearch on this product, by analyzing advertisements similar to the iPhone 5s.
In this advertisement there is a graduation pool party, most of the people in the party own the Samsung Galaxy S4 and they talk about the pros about this smartphone. The form of the video is that it is a realist narrative type of advert and the style of this video is supposed to be a humour type of advert. While the graduates are talking to each other about the smartphone a camera technique that was used is shot, reverse shot, this was used many times in this video. What makes this advert memorable is that the things you can do with this particular smartphone that no other smartphone can do the same thing applies to how appealing this ad is. This advert is suitable for young adults and older because it is a sensible advert about the S4 and the products target audience is aimed at the adults.
In this advertisement there are different time events going around this ad. Every scene has one line which talks about what is best about this phone. The form of this advert is a realist narrative and the style of this advert is humour as in the mood of the advertisement is a good and an happy one. The things that make this ad appealing is the things that the smartphone can do, for instance you can take photos underwater; which tells us that is a waterproof phone. Not many phones are like this. What makes this advert memorable is that the quote for each scene for example "best hello". What makes this advert appealing is that the events that take place and the things that this phone can do.
In this advertisement, it infers features that are good and useful such as the htc BoomSound which have dual frontal stereo speakers and more. The form of this advertisement is a realist narrative, throughout the advertisement it gives information about what this phone can do and shows what the smartphone can do. The shot types in this advertisements, shoot the phone and show the built in features of the phone while giving information about it. The music that was used in this ad was a type of a pop type of music, this type of music brings in a type of a good mood with its nice and upbeat music, I think that the music makes this advert more appealing and memorable. This advert is suitable for the audience its targeting because the type of group that I think its try to target is people who use the social network and who love their music.
Motorola's advertisement introduces the Moto G, just most phone adverts would do this advert talks about what features it has for example "easy access to youtube, google maps and over one million apps and games on google play. The thing that makes the advert appealing is that they use puppetry to show what the phone contains, and I think it'll make this advert memorable as well as appealing. The aspect of this advertisement i dont see appropriate is the customisable backs, most advertisements don't have this. This advert is suitable to the target audience as it is a basic advert giving information about this smartphone.
Life's Good (LG) introduces the new G2. In this advertisement it shows what the phone can do, with features unlike any other smartphone have. The aspect of this phone that makes the advert memorable is that the phone includes audio zoom in to the voice that you want to hear. What makes this advert appealing is that they use some bright colours to create a good type of mood. This would then interest the customer into purchasing the product, also showing the things other smartphones can't do which will make this phone stand out more than other phones
